Your app.config lacks customer obsession

There’s many great products launched every day but they’re lacking customer obsession. Without understanding our customer, and being utterly obsessed with their needs, we’ll continue to engineer great products for ourselves rather than for our customers. We’ll take an introspective approach on how to mitigate building for one’s ego and how you can begin building the next feature or product that’ll have everyone thinking it was such an obvious idea.
